Sycamore Miller Conservatory Design

The Complete Project:

The Service

Our view on building a conservatory is that it should result in the minimum amount of disruption and inconvenience before completion, and the maximum amount of pleasure after. We believe owning a new conservatory should be an enjoyable experience and we set out to make it just that.

Taking care of our customers means taking care of everything from the very beginning. Should planning or Building Regulations be required, we will complete the necessary paperwork to ensure that everything runs smoothly and permission is granted from the Local Authority as soon as possible.

We will then confirm the building start date and ensure that all the necessary materials arrive on site so that our builders can start on time. They will then carry out the necessary excavation work, and will re-site any manholes and ensure all drains are protected before building the foundations. Any new gulleys for rainwater discharge are completed, and it is worth pointing out that insulated cavity walls are built as standard on every conservatory that has a half brick base construction.

Immediately the ground work is completed our conservatory installers will attend site to start the erection of your chosen conservatory. These craftsmen are of the highest calibre as experience plays a very important part in the building process. Not only in the progress that is made on a daily basis, but in the know-how that is displayed on site. When doors and windows are fitted, climatic changes are taken into account in the tolerances allowed ensuring both doors and windows open easily all year round. The same care and attention is paid to fitting the double glazed units, the rainwater goods and the lead flashing to the existing house wall.

We shall continually monitor the progress to ensure that our strict standards are maintained. We would also make sure all plumbing and electrical work is completed in sequence so that the work is never held up at any stage. Its certainly one of the major advantages of having just one company oversee the entire project.

At the completion stage we will make our final inspection and invite you to do the same to ensure that you completely satisfied with your new conservatory. With all the workmanship fully guaranteed for up to 10 years, which is underwritten by the IPWFI so you can rest assured of the maximum possible protection, we think we’ll leave you safe in the knowledge that the conservatory you want will be there to be enjoyed for as long as you wish.
