The owners of this house in Sevenoaks, suggested that they would like not only to have a conservatory but to increase the size of their lounge and bedroom with the addition of a dressing area and en-suite to the master bedroom.

Sycamore Miller designed and built the two storey extension, and then constructed the large hardwood conservatory with matching low maintenance, aluminium roof. This provided a further seating area adjacent to their new lounge and a link with the kitchen and new dining area.

A complete turn key service was provided from the initial design, including planning applications and building regulation control, right through to painting, floor tiling and providing the traditional timber-drape blinds.
